From the estates and the elegant villa of Fernão de Espina Velasco e Piedra, from Biscaia (Spain), governor of arms in Viana at the time of the Filipe kings, located on the slope of Monte Roques and the short distance from the royal road, only the wall remains with an imposing access porch. In it, in addition to the running cornice, are still visible: the coat of arms, supported by three small niches, a heart, a fleur-de-lis, the cross of the Pereiras and the shells or scallops of Santiago, from which hang strings with stylized ribbing and three orders of tassels topped off in three knots indicating Church dignitaries.
